Intro
FindHealthPlans
Clarity for the Medicare-confused. Growth for the agents who serve them.
Medicare shoppers are anxious, overwhelmed, and easy prey for confusing sales tactics, while the licensed agents who could actually help are stuck competing for the same oversaturated web leads. 321 built a brand and digital ecosystem that solves both sides at once: a calm, trustworthy entry point for consumers and a lead pipeline worth paying for.
Medicare marketing has a trust problem. Most of the category is loud, jargon-heavy, and built to convert rather than clarify, leaving older adults navigating a high-stakes decision feeling more lost than when they started. FindHealthPlans needed a brand that felt like the opposite of a hard sell, plus a connected B2B engine that could turn that trust into a real, measurable lead product.
321 built FindHealthPlans as a calm, credible, consumer-first brand, then built AIM alongside it as the growth engine that monetizes that trust into qualified, compliant leads for insurance agencies. The mark is a rounded, app-icon-style badge: a coral cross for care and clarity set against deep, trustworthy teal, warm and credible for a category where consumers are wary of feeling sold to. AIM borrows the same system but shifts it into a bolder gradient treatment and a sharper target-mark logo built for an agency audience.
The consumer journey is a simple three-step funnel: answer a few quick questions, get connected with a licensed agent, and walk away with clarity and confidence. Each step lowers anxiety exactly where it tends to spike, using plain language, short commitments, and trust signals placed at the point of highest hesitation. The AIM side flips toward B2B: a performance-forward landing sequence backed by concrete numbers, leading straight to a strategy call.
Paid social and display creative was built as a flexible, on-brand ad system rather than one-off units: real, warm lifestyle photography and a single low-pressure call to action for consumers, and agency-facing hooks with hard proof points for AIM, giving the sales team a full library of ready-to-run creative.
