Working with Flippers Pizzeria we re-imagined their entire brand identity, including a revitalized brand strategy and complementing visual system. It was imperative to accurately shift the brand perception from standard pizzeria to a restaurant is anything but that. Flippers believes that you should never have to compromise quality when satisfying your passion for pizza and that became the motivating factor in our refreshed strategy.

After building the new messaging framework, we needed a fresh look to complement. We took Flippers’ sterile and standard pizzeria aesthetic and revitalized it by adding an entirely new visual aspect to the brand. We subtly moved to a visual system with more of an emotional connection to a higher quality product. The culmination of the elements created a new and fresh look that has now influenced the interior design of Flippers’ recently opened Oviedo location and will carry over to all new locations.
With Flippers, we created a holistic brand system that connected everything from their messaging and new menus, their pizza boxes and in-store displays — and everything online. Furthermore, this revitalized system had both operational and cultural impact that provided continuity across all restaurants and only served to strengthen Flippers’ unparalleled brand promise.
Ordering pizza should be an easy process. We completely revamped Flippers’ website to create a much more fluid user experience that removed obstacles and made the buying decision simple.
