Another year passed and 321 is stronger than ever. We’ve experienced tremendous growth, not just in our broad range of clients but in building a strong team of creatives who put their best foot forward each day. From staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends to attending industry conventions and conferences, we are consistently growing and expanding our knowledge so we can provide only the best for our clients. Here are just a few of the projects we’re proud of.


Among today’s ever-growing culture, there progresses an equal evolution of global diversity. Thus, the Office of Diversity & Inclusion at the University of Central Florida presented us with the opportunity to fuel a full-force campaign in order to reinstill the idea of cultural acceptance to the community. For this unique project, we partook in a total rebranding of the department with a timeless campaign “Be Yourself, Together.” We also concepted and brought to fruition their campaign of the year, with the tagline “Respect. It _____ here.” We engaged with the community through group activities to introduce this new initiative and to become more familiar with our audience. We produced an all-encompassing video of interpretive narrative to raise awareness of the delicate message behind this campaign. For further community involvement while tracking progress, we created a pledge to which individuals could agree to which was presented through email marketing, social media, and a landing page expertly developed and deployed. The paper-to-pen, desktop-to-mobile campaign is a full-circle representation of a message successfully brought to life.


Spectrum, a full-service fitness and training facility, approached our agency to refine their brand name and extend their previously sport-specific, all-too-narrow, reach. With the opening of their bigger n’ better facility, we strategically introduced them to their new community through a 3-tiered campaign including the enhancement of brand identity, the design of various print collateral and distribution of traditional direct mail, and optimization through a full-service digital campaign. Made possible through paid advertising and targeting, email marketing, and landing page development, our campaign was able to hit home on the many different corners of Spectrum’s Baldwin Park community. By establishing themselves as a comprehensive fitness facility, Spectrum was eager to truly appeal to the masses, and we were excited to take part in doing so. The project generated many new clients over a 90-day span through our efforts, in collaboration with the Spectrum Sports Performance team.


We developed two emails for one of our newest clients, Space Coast Tourism. Although it’s nearby, not a lot of people are aware that the Space Coast is a great vacation destination filled with attractions, nature, quaint downtown areas and more! The two emails we developed were strategically designed to highlight the attractions of Space Coast and Port Canaveral. The image-driven emails will be a great tool for the Office of Tourism to show visitors that Space Coast is much more than “Orlando’s closest beach”!
