AN INTERN’S PERSPECTIVE
The team was sitting around a dimly lit table at Courtesy in Downtown Orlando when Joe looked at me and said, I feel like we’re a part of your journey. I didn’t deny it, but I couldn’t help but think I’m just as much a part of their journey as well. Although it was only three days into my internship, I could tell 321 is a rapidly growing creative agency. With a handful of prospective clients, three new eager interns and a plateful of exciting projects…. I’m lucky to be along for the ride.
I guess I should introduce myself first, right? My name is Radha and I’m one of the three new interns. I’ve only been here a week and I can already say so much about the 321 experience. From spirit-animal discussions, to office shenanigans, to collaborative brainstorming, this agency has a lot to offer.
LET’S TALK ABOUT WORK, OR PLAY. CAUSE HERE, IT’S ALL ONE AND THE SAME.
I’ve jumped into the 321 deep-end and have been learning their current workload and what makes ‘em tick. Most importantly, there’s definitely no shortage of work, which allows me to have my hand in so many tasks…and those are just the main tasks. Being an intern at 321 is not the normal copy-print, data-entry, coffee-running gig. It’s the complete agency life experience, with an abundance of hands-on opportunities and team interaction.
WHICH LEADS ME TO THE PEOPLE…
Diverse, hilarious, and wildly-creative, probably the best three words I could use to (very generally) describe the 321 Family. Between jamming out to music, playing banana ball, or lunchtime walks, there’s never a dull moment with the team. Even if the environment can get a bit crazy, when it’s time to work…it’s go time.
I’m so excited to be a part of the 321 Family, and I’ll only continue to learn and contribute throughout the next couple months!
So stick around, because I’m just getting started. This intern is going to loop you into all the awesomesaws (yes, awesomesaws) going on between 321’s walls. Have anything you’d like to know? Ask away, we’re pretty friendly folks. Till next time!
