Since our origin as a two-person creative shop, our team has emphasized a ceaseless embrace of continuous growth.
The constant welcoming of new opportunities pushed our agency to evolve into a full-service digital agency in 2014 and most recently led to the creation of our new technology department.
To assist us in supporting our mantra of being digitally driven and creatively disruptive, our team welcomed 11 new team members to our creative, accounts, tech and digital departments in the month of July, bringing our team to 31. These included a content developer, three web developers, an SEO specialist, a social media strategist, a designer, a data analyst, a quality assurance specialist and two account managers.
On top of that, we also promoted Sr. Integrated Account Manager, Melissa Boden, to Director of Operations and former Lead Web Developer, Tyler Nichol, to Director of Product + Technology.
“We don’t credit the growth we’ve seen throughout the past few months to sheer luck,” our founder and CEO, Joe Boutin, mentioned when asked about the surgence of people we’ve recently brought on. “Bringing in skillful, keen talent to expand our team has been a direct correlation to challenging ourselves everyday to push past what we know we can do.”
In order to appease our plunge into a tech and data-driven direction, niche positions like back-end developers and quality assurance specialist have become our company’s hiring focus. We are now offering custom technology solutions and SaaS production in addition to our existing technology integration services.
With the rollout of our new technology department, our team can only expect to further expand its horizons, bringing on new additions to our ever-growing operation.
