It’s been quite a busy and exciting time for 321 and we are absolutely thrilled to fill you in on what’s been going on around here. We have really hit the ground running this past month, adding a few new faces to our team and lots of new clients that we’ve begun working with. However, the biggest change our company has faced is that…321 has a brand-new headquarters!

Located in the heart of Downtown Orlando in the Plaza North Tower, this new office is such a monumental step for our agency. We’ve come from a 200-square-foot shoebox, into an incredible, 7,000-square-foot creative space. Not only was this office strategically designed by our very own CEO Joe Boutin, but it wholly encompasses our culture as an agency.

The Design

To start, a floating glass conference room sits between the creative and digital team pods which represents the “coming together” of the two in our marketing strategies. Not to mention, the walls of the office are covered with elaborate murals painted by Luc Boprey, one of our designers, highlighting the creative talent we have on our team.

The office is full of everything we need to keep us inspired and engaged such as breathtaking views of Downtown Orlando and Lake Eola, a ping pong table, hammock chairs, bean bags, fiber internet, surround sound speakers and of course – endless amounts of coffee.

The transition into this office from the old one has been such an exciting experience for all of us here at 321 and, with plenty of room to spare, it even gives us the opportunity to continue adding to our team. We’ve already grown from a two-person startup to a 30-person agency since we were founded in 2011 and we expect to keep growing. So, not only is this new headquarters an incredible milestone and a testament to the strides our agency has taken, but it shows that we’re really just getting started.

Our Ribbon Cutting Event

To celebrate our new office, 321 hosted a ribbon-cutting event last week with Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer. Joe, Carey and the Mayor all made incredibly moving speeches before the ribbon was officially cut on our new office. The night was such a blast, with a bar and delicious food catered from Puff ‘n Stuff – made complete by the turn out of our friends, families and clients who came to celebrate with us and check out our new space.

All in all, the night was so amazing and such a great way to celebrate this milestone for our agency. We can’t wait to keep you updated on everything that’s in store for 321 and celebrate more milestones in the future.
